Challenge: Office Furniture OEM project required over 40 different raw extrusions, creating significant inventory challenges.
Solution: Techno-Coat purchases and warehouses extruded lineal stock, then uses a saw and CNC machining to create needed parts per customer orders before powder coating and shipping. Going from 5 raw lineals to over 800 orderable finished products within a 5 day customer lead time.
